Bulgaria is soon to take on the Euro, it is said that in 2 years you could add quite a considerable amount to the current price of your house if you ever wanted it for investment reasons.
Rental is also good in this area due to the investments that are taking place nearby so if you wanted this as a holiday home then the rest of the time you could get an income this way.
The roads from Popovo to the major attractions and city’s are great; it takes about an hour to get to Varna which is the closed airport. It has been heard that a new airport is being built in Veliko Turnovo which is only 45mins away. However we are not sure when it will be completed.
